ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Found the rear hand-washing sink leaking from underneath. instructed to fix the leak and maintain good plumbing. 4. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Found the cutting boards in the front prep area with dark grooves. instructed to either sand cutting boards or replace them to maintain a smooth and easily cleanable surface. 5. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Found a couple of leaks at the base of the faucet on the rear 3-compartment sink. instructed to fix leak and maintain good plumbing.
