INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: 6-501.111 observed approximately 100 or more small and large rodent droppings on premise scattered on floor near deli (bread display), in rear warehouse behind meat prep/dairy cooler, on 2nd floor in 3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: 4-501.11 observed torn gaskets on 2 door refrigeration unit located in meat and sandwich/salad prep area. instructed to replace and maintain 4.
