3. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed screen door in basement broken and torn from frame. must repair/install screen door if open doors are needed for ventilation.
4. IN-USE UTENSILS: PROPERLY STORED: Observed disposable containers and pots/pans on shelves at the basement and kitchen prep area not properly stored. instructed to invert all serving plates, utensils, pots/pans to prevent dust accumula
5. IN-USE UTENSILS: PROPERLY STORED: Observed ice scoop laying on top of food items in basement. instructed manager to store ice scoop handle up above food items in container to prevent contamination.
