3. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Observed soda dispenser units stored on floor in rear storage area. instructed manager to elevate all soda dispenser units six inches off floor.
4. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed dust buildup, spills and debris on interior surfaces of cabinets in beverage area and bottom of prep and display coolers. instructed manager to clean and maintain.
5. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed soiled mop head stored on floor. instructed manager to store mop head upright to prevent insect breeding.
