3. UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT & LINENS: PROPERLY STORED, DRIED, & HANDLED: Observed large pots in rear storage not inverted. instructed person in charge to invert all kitchenware (pots/pans) while not in use to prevent contamination.
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed broken wall tile at base of wall under handsink nearest dish washing area. instructed person in charge to repair and maintain.
5. ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING: Observed no food handler certificates on site at time of inspection. instructed person in charge to direct all food handler employees to obtain training and retain certificates on site.
