2. FOOD PROPERLY LABELED; ORIGINAL CONTAINER: Observed packaged desserts not properly labeled in the prep cooler.instructed to label all desserts with common name, name of manufacturer and address, ingredients, net contents, etc.
3. WIPING CLOTHS: PROPERLY USED & STORED: Instructed to properly store all washcloths in a sanitizing solution especially when not in use.wiping cloths must be stored in a clean container with sanitizing solution in prep area.
4. IN-USE UTENSILS: PROPERLY STORED: Observed ice scoop stored on ice inside ice maker.instructed to properly store in a clean separate container to prevent contamination and maintain.
5. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed stained cutting boards in the kitchen prep area.instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards and maintain.
