PROPER COOLING METHODS USED; ADEQUATE EQUIPMENT FOR TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Observed 2-door cooler underneath the microwave at front food prep area (no tcs foods inside said cooler) not maintaining proper temperature (with an air temperature of 50f). instructed manager cold h 3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed chipped paint and rust on the wire storage racks in the walk-in cooler. instructed to remove chipped paint and rust and repaint or replace the shelves. 4.
