4. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed torn rubber door gasket at the 2-door tall refrigerator in front of the kitchen food preparation area. instructed to repair /reolace and maintain.
5. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed excessive amount of ice build up inside upright tall freezers located in rear prep area. must remove ice build and maintain at all times.
