PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: 5-205.15 : must repair or replace leaky toilet handle in women's 2nd stall . 3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: 6-201.13 : must grout floor in both prep areas/dish washing,opening around floor drain in bar area to be smooth and easily cleanable.
