FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES: CLEANED & SANITIZED: Observed pepsi beverage dispensing equipment with thick mold like buildup on internal surfaces of ice dispensing shoot as well as in all beverage nozzles/tubes. instructed to clean and sanitize food c 3. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed missing thermometer inside cooling unit located in front prep area by window. instructed to provide and maintain 4. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed approximately 100 small black live flies flying throughout restaurant in the following spaces on black containers containing potatoes, on white shelving units where shrimp breading bags are l 5.
