INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed 30 mice droppings scattered on the shelving inside the storage cadinet underneath the serving line. must remove droppings, sanitize affected area. priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a). 2. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Must clean the interior bottom shelving of the reach in freezer in the dining area and the interior of dairy cooler on the serving line,to remove spills and/or debris. also clean the floors inside the 3.
