PROPER COOLING METHODS USED; ADEQUATE EQUIPMENT FOR TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Observed the following equipment at improper temperatures during the time of inspection while storing tcs foods... they are as follows far right dairy cooler containing fresh cheese, sour cream, etc 3. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed missing thermometers throughout cooling units throughout grocery store (dairy, meat, processed foods) instructed to provide and maintain 4. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed cutting boards located in meat prep with deep cuts and dark groovess. instructed to replace in order to prevent contamination. 5. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed inside of raw meat casing located in rear of grocery store in need of cleaning. noted wired racks, storage containers ans shelving rack in chicken packing prep area with excessive dried food (+2 more) Address: 3850 W FULLERTON AVE
