ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Observed no handsink located in basement prep (disgnated for prepping and handling beverages. noted slicer equipment, microwave, (syrups, housemade beverage ingredients and other materials all stored 2. FOOD PROPERLY LABELED; ORIGINAL CONTAINER: Observed bulk containers containing working ingredients without labels. instructed to provide once food is removed from original packaging. 3. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed approximately 65 small live flies flying throughout 1st floor bar, inside basins on equipment where ice is stored, on all plumbing fixtures, in basment beverage prep area on dried kitchenware 4. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed interior surfaces of cooling units in 1st floor prep in need of cleaning, under all heavy equipment located underneath ventilation hood, inside fryer doors and pizza oven in roof top food pre 5.
