PROPER COOLING METHODS USED; ADEQUATE EQUIPMENT FOR TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Observed the 5 door stand-up cooler in the grocery area not maintaining proper temperature with an air temperature of 72.4f. instructed to repair and maintain the cooler at 41f or colder at all times. 2. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed no thermometers inside refrigeration units.instructed to provide and maintain visible, accurate working thermometers in refrigeration units. 3. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Observed washroom door not self-closing.instructed to install self-closing device on washroom door and maintain. 4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: All unused materials stored outside rear exit door must be removed from the premises and all other need items must be elevated from the floor.
