5. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Observed outside bar and hall bar handsinks in need of smooth and easily cleanable splashguard. instructed to install in order to prevent possible contamination of prepared drinks and or glassware.
