THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed cooling units throughout facility without working thermometers. instructed to provide and maintain to monitor equipment temperature 4. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed surfaces of equipment where microwave and drink dispenser is located. intructed to remove food debris and maintain to prevent pest harborage. 5. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed unfinished and open wall located in rear storage near office space. instructed to enclose to prevent pest entry to premise. must be smooth and easily cleanable.
