PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Observed no mop sink on the premises. management instructed to install. 5. SEWAGE & WASTE WATER PROPERLY DISPOSED: Observed the grease trap leaking from the top and sides when water is running and draining at the 3-compartment sink next to the dishwashing machine. management instructed to replace the grease trap.
