ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Observed front hand washing sink not accessible observed a tray of prepackaged dessert stored on topside of hand sink in front prep area and 2- spatulars inside of hand sink in side bakery prep area a 2. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Must repair or replace staff toilet room slow drain at hand sink . 3. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: 6-202.15 : observed a gap in center of street side double doors along bottom must make tight fitting to prevent insect entry. 4. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed an infestation of 13- live roaches crawling in between cracks and crevices underneath front prep area front cabinet single cabinet of coffee machine,inside of cup storage cabinet on railing b 5. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed crates being used for storage in basement storage area must remove and provide adequate shelving units for cleaning.
