2. PROPER COOLING METHODS USED; ADEQUATE EQUIPMENT FOR TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Observed 2 reach in coolers at front prep area not maintained, ambient air tempertures between 47.7 f and 76.0 f. instructed manager to repair/replace said coolers, ambient air temperature must be 41.
3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Some prep area coolers doors rubber gaskets damanged/not tight fitted. instructed manager must repair/replace damaged coolers doors rubber gaskets and must be tight fitted.
4. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: 1-compartment sink faucet leaking at end/tip. instructed manager must repair.
5. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Observed ceiling light bulbs burned out above rear prep area by walk in cooler. must replace with working ceiling light bulbs.
