ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Observed no hand drying provision through out (paper towel nor hand dryer) at any of the hand wash sinks in the prep areas, dish washing area ,serving area and in washrooms. must provide and maintain 2. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed 30 lives flies scattered in the rear prep area on the walls and ceiling and especially in the mop closet. must remove and detail clean affected areas. call pest control for service. priority 3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed air vent covers dusty in the front serving line and in the prep area. must clean and maintain. 5.
