FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed drinks stored on the floor underneath the rear counter in the liquor room. must properly elevate for cleaning and monitoring purposes. 3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Floors need cleaning along the wall base and in corners in the prep area,underneath the dish washer & 3 comp sink and especially underneath the drink station(liquor) counter.
