2. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed over 20 rodent droppings on the floor under the display cooler, on the floor near the electrical box behind the front counter, on the floor in the washroom, and in the rear storage areas. obs
3. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed a 1/4" gap under the front entrance door and along the left side of the rear door. instructed the manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.
4. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Observed food items stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler. instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off the floor.
5. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed raw wood surfaces behind front counter and rust deposits inside reach-in cooler. instructed manager to seal all raw wood surfaces and remove rust deposits in coolers.
