FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES: CLEANED & SANITIZED: Observed black slimy substances on interior water components of the ice makers, dripping into ice. "ice is used for human consumption". instructed management to turn off machine, remove ice and have i 2. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed no thermometers inside the kitchen prep line 2 door coolers.instructed to provide and maintain visible and accurate working thermometers inside the refrigeration units at all times. 3. FOOD PROPERLY LABELED; ORIGINAL CONTAINER: Observed bulk containers in rear without a label. instructed to provide the common name on all bulk containers to properly identify items (salt, sugar, flour etc). 4. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed the front main entrance door with gap opening approx:1/4" inch at bottom center where both doors meet.instructed to make doors tight fitting to prevent pest entry and maintain. 5.
