4. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Observed no splashguard at the handwashing sinks in the kitchen/prep area near the mop sink and near the 1-compartment prep area sink. instructed to install a washable splashguard.
5. UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT & LINENS: PROPERLY STORED, DRIED, & HANDLED: Observed plates not inverted. instructed to invert plates after sanitizing and air drying.
