3. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Some coolers missing conspicuously placed internal thermometers. must provide.
4. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed crates being used as shelving. instructed manager not to use crates and to use easily cleanable non-absorbent shelving capable of keeping items at least 6 inches off the floor.
5. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed several pieces of equipment with soil build up throughout facility. instructed manager to clean and maintain all equipment.
