ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Observed a burned out light-bulb in the kitchen area above the grill/fryer area.. instructed to replace bulb. 4. ALLERGEN TRAINING AS REQUIRED: Observed certified food service sanitation manager on duty without allergen training certificate posted. instructed to provide documentation. 5.
