INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed over 50 rat droppings scattered on shelves under front counter, on pallets, inside containers, on floor along walls and corners in rear prep and storage areas. instructed manager to call an e 3. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed fly strips hanging in ceiling above uncovered breading in rear prep area. instructed manager to remove all fly strips from prep area. 4. WIPING CLOTHS: PROPERLY USED & STORED: Observed soiled wiping cloths stored on prep tables. instructed manager to properly store wiping cloths in sanitizing solution between uses. 5. UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT & LINENS: PROPERLY STORED, DRIED, & HANDLED: Observed multi-use equipment stored inside utility sink. instructed manager to remove, re-wash, rinse, sanitize and store clean multi-usee equipment in sanitary manner.
