SINGLE-USE/SINGLE-SERVICE ARTICLES: PROPERLY STORED & USED: 4-903.11(a;c) observed single service articles not elevated and inverted in front counter area. instructed manager to elevate and invert all single service articles to protect from contamination. 5. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: 4-202.16 observed no stoppers for 3-compartment sink. instructed manager to provide adequate stoppers and maintain.
