IN-USE UTENSILS: PROPERLY STORED: Observed ice scoop laying in the ice machine on top of ice. instructed manager to properly store when not in use in a sanitary way inside a container. 3. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed the interior bottom shelf inside the 2 door freezer dirty. must clean and maintain. 4.
