5. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed raw wood surfaces in meat prep area. instructed manager to seal all raw wood surfaces to make smooth and easily cleanable.
