FOOD IN GOOD CONDITION, SAFE, & UNADULTERATED - Comments: Adulterated food offered for sale, found several bags and boxes of flour, pie crusts, potato chips and cookies with chewed edges and rodent naugding on several food items, also Rat droppings noted on top of food cans and bags that are offered for sale, instructed manager to keep all food protected and wholesome. Priority violation. 7-38-005. | 38. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: Found evidence of rodent's activity around food shelves, about 20 rat dropping found behind and between food boxes and bags in food isles. Instructed to eliminate rodents activity in all affected areas, clean and sanitize all food shelves, pest control service recommended.
