TOXIC SUBSTANCES PROPERLY IDENTIFIED, STORED, & USED: Observed cleaning supplies and raid stored next to plates. instructed manager to relocate cleaning supplies and to remove unapproved pesticide (raid) from premises. priority violation 7-38-015. 2. FOOD PROPERLY LABELED; ORIGINAL CONTAINER: 3-602.11(a; b:1-4,6,7; c; d) must label all dry storage containers with common name. 3. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed more than 100 droppings throughout facility. including in cavity of pizza oven, basement area, music school area near walk in cooler , former crawl space by the bar, motor housings of coolers 4. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: 4-602.13 clean the interior of the prep and bar coolers and freezers. clean the rolling carts and stainless steel trays on the carts and prep tables. clean the interior of unused dishwashing machine. 5.
