3. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed over 50 rat droppings scattered on floor along walls near reach-in cooler, along walls near utility sink, on floor in rear storage area, on floor along walls in furnace room, inside cardboard
4. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed reach-in cooler door not properly closing. instructed manager to repair and maintain.
5. HOT & COLD WATER AVAILABLE; ADEQUATE PRESSURE: Observed no hot water (62.4f) at multiple sinks. hot water shall be available and provided at all sinks at all times. priority 7-38-030(c)
