CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Observed food items stored on floor in kitchen. instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor. 3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed employee belongings (bags, sweatshirts, etc) stored on bulk containers and food items in dry storage area. instructed manager to provide separate area for employee belongings.
