PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed the the air vent cover and ceiling tiles in the front prep area dusty. must clean and maintain. noted a missing ceiling tile in the mens washroom and damaged ceiling tiles in the womens washr 4.
