Violations on last inspection

1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Found fly strips hanging above the 3-compartment sink. instructed to remove and not hang fly strips in the food prep areas. maintain same.
2. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Found the rear exit door with a 1/2" gap underneath it and is making it not rodent/insect proofed. instructed to rodent/insect proof door and maintain.
3. WIPING CLOTHS: PROPERLY USED & STORED: Found the wiping cloths stored on the 3-compartment sink and tables instead of being in sanitizing solution (sanitizer must be at the required ppm). instructed to properly store when not in use. maint
4. IN-USE UTENSILS: PROPERLY STORED: Found the tongs stored in a food tin can of water. instructed to store in a container/bin that can be properly washed, rinsed and sanitized after each use. maintain same.
5. SINGLE-USE/SINGLE-SERVICE ARTICLES: PROPERLY STORED & USED: Found #10 food tin cans be reused to store multi-use utensils when not in use. instructed to dispose of tin cans once the product has been removed from it and to not use for anything else. maintain sa
