2. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Found a leak at the hot water knob/base of the faucet on the 3-compartment sink. instructed to fix leak and maintain good plumbing.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found water-stained ceiling tiles in the classrooms. instructed to replace ceiling tiles and maintain.
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found the floors in the corners of the closets and in the mop sink area with dirt. instructed to clean and maintain floors.
