Violations on last inspection

1. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: : 5-202.12 (b-d) : observed middle sink in men's rooftop toilet room not operable must repair and maintain.
2. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: 4-204.112(b) : observed exterior thermometer of small hot holding cabinet at end of cook line not operable must provide and interior thermometer and maintain.
3. FOOD PROPERLY LABELED; ORIGINAL CONTAINER: : 3-302.12 : must label food storage containers when food is not in original package with common name(squeeze bottles,bulk,etc)
4. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: 3-307.11 : must provide splash guards at hand sinks next to dumpsinks in rooftop bar area to prevent contamination.
5. UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT & LINENS: PROPERLY STORED, DRIED, & HANDLED: 4-904.13 : must invert preset table wear glasses and plates needs to be inverted to prevent contamination of dust,etc.
