Violations on last inspection

1. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Found no handwashing signage at the men's (bsmt./1st fl) and women's (basement) toilet rooms. instructed to provide and maintain signage.
2. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Found all doors with 1/4"-1/2" gaps underneath them, making them not rodent/insect proofed. instructed to rodent/insect proof all doors and maintain.
3. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Found no backflow prevention device on the mop sink in the 1st fl bar area. instructed to provide and maintain a backflow prevention device on said sink.
4. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Found the trash recepacle in the women's toilet room in the basement area with no lid. instructed to provide a trash receptacle with a lid and maintain.
