1. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: 6-501.19: observed door of all gender washroom to not be self closing. instructed to install self closing device on all gender washroom door so that it shall be tight fitting and self closing.
2. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: 6-501.16: observed wet mop stored on floor. instructed to install mop drying rack for proper drainage and drying of mops to prevent pest breeding.
3. ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING: 2-102.13: at time of inspection facility provided expired proof of food handler training for food handlers. instructed to provide valid food handler certificates for all food handlers.
