2. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found the mop not properly stored when not in use. instructed to store hanging mops up for proper air drying. maintain same.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found the front windowsills with dirt and debris. instructed to clean and maintain windowsills.
4. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Found the lighting in the food prep area poorly lighting the room. instructed to provide and maintain adequate lighting in food prep area.
