2. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: 4-501.12 : must repair or replace worn and discolored cutting boards to be in good repair.
3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: 4-501.11 : must repair or replace damaged door gaskets,lid and gasket of chest freezer to be in good repair.
4. ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING: 2-102.13 : observed missing and expired food handlers training for several employees must provide and maintain.
