Violations on last inspection

1. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed no ambient air thermometer inside the hot holding unit on the front service line. instructed to provide and maintain.
2. FOOD PROPERLY LABELED; ORIGINAL CONTAINER: Observed two dry ingredient containers not labeled on the shelf under the food prep table. instructed to label with common name and maintain.
3. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed the double doors on the left-hand side of the dining area with an opening on the right door at the bottom. instructed to seal mentioned opening to make door rodent proof.
