1. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Observed no handwashing sign at handwashing sink in cafeteria staff washroom. handwashing signs shall be posted at all handwashing sinks used by employees.
2. FOOD PROPERLY LABELED; ORIGINAL CONTAINER: Observed bulk sugar container not labeled in dry food storage area. instructed manager to label all bulk containers with common name of food.
3. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed dust buildup on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment, ice machine, holding units, shelving units, prep tables. instructed manager to clean and maintain.
4. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Observed leaking drainpipe under 3-compartment sink. instructed manager to repair and maintain.
5. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed spills and debris on floors, dust buildup on walls, ceilings, light shields, ceiling vents, in prep and storage areas. instructed manager to clean and maintain.
