2. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Observed a leak at the 3 comp sink faucet neck and at the utility sink faucet; instructed to correct. corrected on site.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed dust on the ventilation fans in the washrooms; instructed to clean to remove dust observed. corrected on site.
4. ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING: Found some expired food handler training certificates; instructed to have food handlers obtain valid certificates.
