2. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed the self service refrigerator in the front service line wtih out an ambient air thermometer. instructed to provide and maintain.
3. FOOD PROPERLY LABELED; ORIGINAL CONTAINER: Observed no label on the container on the food prep table across from serving line. instructed to label all food items not in original package and maintain.
4. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed the faucet head on the three-compartment sink leaking when in use. instructed to repair and maintain.
