2. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Observed the faucet on the right at the 3 comp sink with a leak at the base. must repair and maintain
3. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Instructed manager to provide and maintain a small garbage can in the washroom with a lid as required
4. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Observed the customers washroom dirty. must clean and maintain fixtures and floor
5. GARBAGE & REFUSE PROPERLY DISPOSED; FACILITIES MAINTAINED: Observed the outside garbage corral dirty/not maintain. must clean the area to prevent possible food soucre for pests
