3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed excessive amount of dust build up on ceiling ventilation vents in the kitchen area, inside washrooms and all classrooms. must clean and maintain at all times. observed water damaged ceiling
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed clutter and unnecessary items in rear kitchen area. must remove clutter and unnecessary items clean and organize area to prevent rodent harborage.
