Violations on last inspection

1. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Observed the right washbowl in the 1st fl girl's toilet room (by the boiler room) with extremely low water pressure. instructed to increase water pressure and maintain.
2. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Observed the cleaning and sanitizing hoses on the 3-compartment sink exceeds the fill line and must be shortened to prevent contamination/back siphonage. instructed to cut and maintain.
3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed the hand washing sink in the kitchen prep area needs to be recaulked around the top of sink. instructed to recaulk and maintain.
4. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Observed both faucets on the 3-compartment sink leaks profusely. instructed to repair faucets and maintain good plumbing.
