Violations on last inspection

1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Found the main door with a 1/4" gap in between the double doors making it not rodent/insect proofed. instructed to rodent/insect proof door and maintain.
2. WIPING CLOTHS: PROPERLY USED & STORED: Found wiping cloths not properly stored when not in use. instructed to store in sanitizing solution (sanitizer must be at the required ppm) when not in use.
3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Found the large can opener on the pre table with dirt build up. instructed to clean and maintain can opener.
4. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Found the washbowls in the girls/boys 1st fl toilet rooms in need of recaulking. instructed to recaulk and maintain.
